  • Working closely with all Somerset District Councils, North and West Dorset; we refurbish homes to Landlord Accreditation standards - we also provide professional and comprehensive management services on behalf of the owner. We prioritise those on the local housing register to help reduce urgent housing need and homelessness across Somerset.

    We supply and fit stairlifts of all shapes and sizes, for both indoors and outdoors.

    Our team provide our specialist services across South Somerset, North Dorset and Sedgemoor.

    Our position as a not-for-profit, means we offer a first class service at a fraction of the cost of private installers.

  • Our tenants are at the heart of our service. We have a wealth of advice we are able to provide for managing energy use, managing condensation, key management and repairs.

  • Our Total Home 100 Scheme provides accredited repair contractors and property care services. We independently assess for quality and value for money.

    For landlords, this results in a property care service you can rely on and trust. Our vetted and approved contractor partners are able to provide a range of services; from a small paint-job, to significant property repairs.

    For tradespeople, we are able to provide accreditation, work leads and referrals through our local authority and landlord networks..
