Who Are We?

Mission Statement

“WHERE WE CAN WE WILL”
HomeFirst Plus supports anyone requiring help to live independent and fulfilling lives by:
Providing a range of easily accessible services and home adaptations to support elderly, disabled and vulnerable people, enabling them to remain safe, warm and secure within their own home and environment.
Identifying and returning empty properties back into use, for those in greatest housing need.

We will achieve this by providing a Quality service to all our clients and take Responsibility for all our actions. HomeFirst Plus will be determined in working towards Mutual Benefits when engaged with clients and contractors alike and when  well executed will provide for a sustainable working environment.
Our aim is to be as Efficient as possible in our business dealings and to maximise value for our clients without compromising standards and community principals.
Being a profitable business ensures our Freedom  to develop our services and serve our clients.

HomeFirst Plus is a not-for-profit organisation, working for the community for over 25 years.

We started as a Home Improvement Agency, assisting elderly, disabled and vulnerable people to remain safe and warm in their own homes - our core work and ethos still stands and our incentive to help remains - " Where we can - we will".

Our service has grown a little over the years… We can still help with that dripping tap and broken electrical socket but now we can arrange for easy access bathrooms to be installed at competitive prices, help to get your roof repaired and even arrange to get your home completely renovated to a modern, energy-efficient high standard.

We work in close partnership with a stairlift company who will arrange for quotation, supply and fitting of our stairlifts, in a smooth and convenient manner.

We are also involved in providing homes and have our own Housing Officer who works closely with Local Authorities in housing people on the homeless register - so in our own unique way we are playing a small part in helping alleviate ongoing the housing crisis.
